Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience and meeting store sales goals. You will support daily operations, maintain the floor, and build lasting client relationships with fashion guidance.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, live-streaming or social selling is a plus. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience operating POS systems and reading price sheets.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop and mobile POS tools in a fast-paced store.
• Strong command of English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to needs.
• Perform daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized, follow policies.
• Process transactions including returns and online pickups.
• Assist teammates as needed and participate in trainings.
