Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will use POS systems, build lasting client relationships, and support daily store operations to drive brand loyalty.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak times is required. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of luxury retail sales, strong English, fashion knowledge, and comfort with live-stream or video demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS tools.
• Strong English proficiency; able to read price sheets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Process transactions, returns, and online pickups efficiently.
• Support inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
