Job summary

Coach in Minnesota (Eagan) seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, assist on the floor, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omni‑channel channels.

You will build client relationships, utilize POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to visual merchandising. A strong English proficiency and at least 1 year in luxury retail are preferred; training and brand initiatives are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and support daily operations.
