Job summary

Coach in Edina, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and to represent the Coach brand on the sales floor.

You will meet personal and store sales goals, assist with daily store operations, and participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities. Experience with omnichannel selling, clienteling, and data capture to encourage repeat purchases. Strong teamwork and a positive, professional demeanor are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
