Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Edina, MN to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will utilize mobile POS, build client relationships, and support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand with excellence.

The role blends luxury service with omni-channel selling, requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods. Prior luxury retail exposure and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
Strong English proficiency; social media savvy is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards
Build client relationships through styling and product expertise
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
Handle daily store operations and inventory tasks
Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
