You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations, combining luxury retail service with omni-channel selling.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales experience, familiarity with POS systems and iPad devices, strong English proficiency, and a passion for fashion.

• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
