Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Minnesota to be the front-line ambassador of the brand. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, help meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Qualifications include 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and comfort with social media selling.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor brands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain Guide to Style and Service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Assist with daily store operations including cash wrap and merchandising.
