Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our U.S. stores.

You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling. The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales, knowledge of trends, proficiency with POS systems (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the selling floor and adapt techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store operations tasks and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently and manage inventory movement.
• Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
