Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems and social selling. The role combines in-store service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad, laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
