Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, blend luxury service with omni-channel selling, and foster brand loyalty through clienteling and product knowledge.

The role requires strong English, POS experience, and comfort with mobile checkout. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with POS and mobile checkout.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with social media selling and live-stream demos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Deliver personalized styling and drive sales.
• Utilize POS, clienteling, and social selling tools.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Maintain store appearance and handle transactions.
• Support inventory movement and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to business needs.
