Coach is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals while supporting daily operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, strong English proficiency, and POS familiarity are preferred. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required for peak times.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs and team targets
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Process transactions and support inventory and stockroom operations
• Assist teammates in various functions and foster a collaborative environment
• Participate in brand initiatives, trainings, and inclusion activities
