Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated shopping experience and achieving personal and store sales goals. Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media and live-stream capability (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador per style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
