Coach is a global fashion house with a storied New York origin. The Sales Associate role is the frontline ambassador who delivers a personalized shopping experience, drives revenue, and supports daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, leverage styling expertise, and participate in brand initiatives while maintaining high energy and professional demeanor on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
