Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York and known for luxury retail excellence. The Sales Associate serves as the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations with care and integrity.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and proactive service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and move around sales floor.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or clienteling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in functional areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative environment and support brand initiatives and training.
