Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools.
• Strong English proficiency; reading price sheets is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Assist teammates and support inventory and daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow policies.
