Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and collaborate with the team to drive loyalty and revenue across channels.

In this role, you will build client relationships through styling expertise, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and participate in brand initiatives. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (Preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
