Coach, part of Tapestry, Inc., seeks a Sales Associate in Florida to deliver a luxury-level shopping experience and meet personal and store goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Key duties include building client relationships, utilizing POS tools, and supporting daily store operations while maintaining high service standards. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and reading price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
