Coach, a luxury fashion house and part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, assist with daily store operations, and engage clients with fashion expertise and personalized service.

The role emphasizes brand standards, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive loyalty and revenue across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency; versatile communication skills

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Complete daily operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow POS and asset protection procedures
• Process transactions and support online pickups and returns
• Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments and stocking shelves
• Assist teammates in various areas and foster a collaborative environment
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities
