Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency required
• Luxury retail background and social media/video experience favored
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
• Assist teammates in various areas as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment and team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback, stay calm, and maintain professionalism.
