Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending in-store service with omnichannel selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English skills, and comfort with social media, live demos, and data-driven selling. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock shelves.
