Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling to build brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail sales, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media engagement. Flexibility for varied hours is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency, and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; follow Guide to Style and Service.
• Build client relationships with styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers and close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom; assist teammates and follow policies.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training; maintain professional demeanor.
