Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and achieve personal and team sales KPIs
• Support inventory movement and daily store operations
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
• Process transactions and assist with returns, exchanges, and online pickups
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives
