Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The candidate should have luxury retail experience, strong English, and proficiency with POS systems; familiarity with live-streams and social selling is a plus. Schedule includes flexible shifts including peak season days.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to styling and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
