Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, participate in omni‑channel selling, and help build lasting client relationships through styling expertise and fashion guidance.

The role requires strong English communication, a background in luxury retail, and comfort with POS systems and mobile devices. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operations and basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language proficiency and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and maintain service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS devices and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and store goals.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales while maintaining high energy on the floor.
