Coach is seeking a Sales Associate II at our Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin store. You will represent the Coach brand, provide personalized styling, and guide customers through purchases. This role blends luxury service with omni‑channel selling and teamwork to drive revenue.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with POS experience and strong English communication. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and support inventory and merchandising tasks.
