You will support daily store operations and blend luxury‑retail service with omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

This role emphasizes clienteling, product expertise, and teamwork to meet business needs. Strong English and a passion for fashion are required in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, MobilePOS).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs and goals.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with daily operations.
