Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate II for Castle Rock, Colorado, a part-time role (22.5–30 hours) blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will represent Coach, build client relationships, process transactions, and support store operations while engaging in merchandising and team collaboration. Prior luxury retail experience and strong English skills are preferred; flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and digital tools.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Process transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
