You will build relationships through styling expertise, cross-selling, and use of POS and clienteling tools to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.
