Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Maintain daily store operations and stockroom cleanliness.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
