Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred; education and experience considered
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background with social media savviness and clienteling skills preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and assist with store operations
