Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will represent the brand, build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling while utilizing mobile POS and social platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; comfortable with live-stream shopping or video demos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with daily store operations.
