Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Santa Clara, CA to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. The role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The position requires 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends, with opportunities to participate in training

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
Excellent English language skills

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high-energy environment on the sales floor and assist teammates as needed.
Complete daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
