Coach, a flagship brand within Tapestry, invites an energetic sales professional to join our California luxury retail team in Santa Clara. Represent the brand, provide styling expertise, and build lasting client relationships.

You will drive sales through cross-selling, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and participate in training programs. Flexibility for nights/weekends and a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury retail, fashion knowledge preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Walkie-talkie communication and price sheets literacy required.
• Strong English language skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Experience with live streams, social selling, clienteling, and data capture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Develop client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; engage on social platforms.
• Execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, follow up, and close sales.
• Maintain floor presence, process transactions, and support inventory.
