Job summary

Coach is seeking a sales associate to represent the brand, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through personalized styling and product expertise.

You will utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data, upsell, and deliver exceptional service on the sales floor.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency for EU location requirements.
• Luxury retail background and data acquisition skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain on‑floor energy, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Handle daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and stocked; follow policies.
• Process transactions and coordinate online pickups.
• Support inventory and product movement; assist teammates.
• Foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand programs.
