Job summary

Coach, part of Tapestry, is seeking a client-focused sales associate to represent the brand on the sales floor with personalized styling and fashion expertise. Build lasting client relationships and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling using mobile POS and clienteling tools.

You will develop personal sales plans, aim to meet KPIs, support inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a premium luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with social media, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data capture.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Assist in inventory, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
