Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail experience and social media/video selling preferred.
• English proficiency noted for EU.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily store operations and visual merchandising tasks.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movement.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training.
