Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and drive store revenue. You will meet personal and store goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media, live-stream shopping, or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers; follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
• Assist teammates in required areas.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; participate in brand initiatives.
