Job summary

Coach, a part of Tapestry, is seeking a Sales Associate I for our Anthem, Phoenix location. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a premium shopping experience while meeting individual and store goals.

The role requires luxury retail awareness, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak seasons. You will also handle daily store operations and customer follow-up to drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs for self and store.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, replenishment, inventory, and merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movement.
