Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending luxury service with omnichannel selling and teamwork.

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS and basic computer tasks on iPad/Laptop.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
