Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be on the front line representing the brand and delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet sales goals, support store operations, and participate in omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role blends luxury retail service with team collaboration, requiring strong English proficiency, a dynamic energy on the floor, and the ability to adapt selling techniques to business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
