Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and a passion for fashion trends. The role includes flexible schedule and opportunities for brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to work at a fast pace and lift up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally).
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background preferred.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style guides.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs with team collaboration.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations including inventory.
