Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Strong English needed and prior luxury retail or social media experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain stockroom and sales floor standards.
