Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury retail sales or related field.
• Experience with POS operation and basic digital tools.
• Strong English speaking and reading skills.
• Familiarity with social media live-streams or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
