Job summary

Coach in San Antonio is seeking a Sales Associate I to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience in luxury retail, POS proficiency, and strong English. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required, with opportunity to engage in social media-driven sales and clienteling.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price sheets.
Strong English proficiency and ability to work in fast-paced luxury retail.
Experience with live-stream shopping, social media, clienteling and data acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Guide to Style and Service.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Complete daily store operations and maintain inventory, merchandising and POS accuracy.
