Coach. is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and achieve personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Experience with POS operation on iPad/laptop and basic tech.
• Luxury retail background and comfort with social media/video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and manage daily store operations.
