Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a luxury retail setting in the United States. You will meet individual and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury service with omni-channel selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

You will build client relationships, apply product expertise, and participate in brand initiatives while maintaining high energy on the floor and a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions including online pickups.
• Support inventory and product movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback and maintain professional demeanor.
