Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The position requires 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with POS proficiency and strong English. Candidates should be adaptable to flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, and capable of handling high-traffic periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Social media familiarity and live-stream/video demo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver high‑level customer service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and store goals.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and visual merchandising.
