Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences. We seek a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping, meet sales goals, and support store operations across an omnichannel environment.

You will build client relationships, drive cross-sell, and use POS tools to capture data for repeat purchases. This role requires high energy on the floor and teamwork to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, read price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions and support online pickups.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
