Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to team goals through strong product knowledge, clienteling, and data-driven selling strategies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and data/tools used for selling.
• Strong English proficiency; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
