Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic device use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language skills.
• Background in luxury retail and social media savvy (preferred).
• Ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with high standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Handle cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising tasks.
• Keep floor and stockroom tidy and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions including returns and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
• Assist teammates and foster collaboration.
• Participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
• Receive feedback gracefully and maintain professional demeanor.
